"This hotel is in a great location as we were going to a concert at the O2 Academy (a 10 minute walk away). It was only a 12 minute walk to the hotel from Queen Street Station. We had an Executive Room. It was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The food was good and the service was excellent. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Ideal situation nice big rooms bed comfy bathrooms need upgrading no hot water for bath but shower fine toilet took a few flushes when using you pay £10 to use pool and £10to park in grounds breakfast bit dried up as its a buffet very steep hill to get up to hotel."

"While the bathroom in the room is older, it was spotless as was the room. The proximity to the airport is what keeps us coming back. The staff at check in and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful."

"The only reason for giving four stars rather than five was in relation to the Leisure Club. The pool is very shallow at one end (I could actually sit on the floor of the pool and have my head above water). This makes it unsuitable for swimming lengths, although I am sure it is very good for children. I would have preferred it to have been the same depth for the whole length. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can mention by name Euan, who sorted out my check in, but unfortunately can't remember the name of the lady who sorted my check out. When I discovered that I had left an item in my room, I called back and it was very quickly retrieved for me."
