Splendid 2-Storey Villa in Centre with Terraces, Sea View & Air Conditioning

On the very tip of northwestern Sardinia, in the centre of Stintino, this splendid villa boasts a great location and views over the Gulf of Asinara. The villa consists of 2 living rooms with sofa bed, a functionally-equipped kitchenette, 5 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fireplace and TVs in nearly every bedroom. In your private outdoor area, you will find 2 beautiful verandas with a dining table and lounge areas with sea views. There is furthermore an outdoor solar shower at your disposal, whose water is heated by the solar energy. A supermarket is just 100 m from your front door and you can reach a fantastic variety of shops, restaurants and bars in 8 minutes walking (600 m). A small, local beach is 900 m away and the popular sandy beach Spiaggia delle Saline, which stretches for kilometres along the coast, is about 4 km or a 6-minute drive from the property.



Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Please, note that just 1 floor is made available to guests.

Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. Please inform the host before your arrival if you need towels and bed linen.

The drain of the outdoor shower is not connected to the sewage system. We therefore strongly recommend that you refrain from using soaps and shampoos under the outdoor shower. Please only use the outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming in salt water.
