"We weren’t happy that the room description on Expedia said our apartment had a double bed and 2 singles but was in fact a double bed and a sofa bed. We I contacted the hotel a month before arrival to check this were assured by email that we would be given a room with 4 beds on arrival but this did not happen. After a long conversation and practically begging, (even with the email proof from the hotel) , we managed to get our room changed but had to have 2 seperate rooms and not a family room....

"This hotel is amazing! The staff are absolutely excellent, very kind and the attention to detail is 5 star! The hotel is very conveniently situated and quiet. It has peaceful garden areas and the breakfast is served on a pretty terrace. Breakfast is cooked to your personal preferences. The room was spacious and luxurious. Thank you for an amazing stay, I hope we will come back one day."

Good quality, modern hotel - with trustworthy safety systems and cleanliness. Reasonable balcony and decent size rooms even in 'basic' room overlooking street. "Great location, spotless villa, would stay again! Villa Valentina in Bol was the perfect base for our stay. The great room was spacious and beautifully done, and the location couldn’t be beat. The villa was spotless throughout, and the pool was gorgeous. The kitchen was a great size, which made cooking easy, and the balcony was a lovely spot to relax and take in the views. Laundry service was a great touch too. We’d absolutely stay here again!"
