"Hotel Sol is perfectly situated between the harbor and Zlatni Rat beach. My experience started smoothly when the kind and helpful staff accommodated my late check-in at 18:00 without any issues. My room featured a balcony with a stunning view, and the entire property offered a cozy, non-resort atmosphere. Mornings began with a breakfast that had everything needed to fuel the day, served by friendly staff. While I didn’t use the pool, it looked like a great spot for a morning swim or a daytime refresher. The hotel also provided convenient touches, like fresh beach towels available at reception every morning. My room was clean and tidy. I will definitely choose Hotel Sol again whenever I return to Bol. During my trip, I visited Noa Beach Bar beach, Zlatni Rat, and the Dominican Monastery beach. The Dominican Monastery beach was my absolute favorite because it offered a more secluded, special, and picturesque experience, complete with an excellent restaurant located right on the walking path. Ultimately, what mesmerized me the most was the authentic hospitality of the Croatian people. <3"

"Branka and Toni were perfect hosts! Though they spoke little English, and me even less Croatian (learning), they requested I communicate via VRBO, then always replied fairly promptly. Most especially, as a solo senior traveler, I am thankful for them meeting me at the port to assist with luggage for the short but slight uphill walk to their property. I chose Bol on Brač for my first 3 days of holiday for its peace and quiet, for me to decompress from business and recover from my long journey from home. Ahhh, and the Adriatic Sea! AC is only in the hallway, which worked fine for me even in the oppressive humidity due to Bosnia wildfires. Furnishings are practical and comfortable. It did not bother me that there is no sofa; the two terraces with lovely rooftop and sea views compensated for that. Location of this flat is short strolls to 3 good pebble beaches and Rabiska Kučic, a bucket list restaurant. Town center was only a 7 minute walk in the other direction to the ferry, bus, many eateries and a Konzum market. All that, and a perfect nightly rate for this seasoned VRBO guest and host. If some or all of my comments appeal to you, go for it."

"It’s a very big hotel the staff are very good , the cocktail waiter at the bar by the stairs is brilliant, it’s spotless clean, the food is very good , my only thing was I didn’t realise it would be so busy a lot of young family’s which if that’s what you are it’s perfect for you , I just never realised it when I booked ! Overall it deserves a 5"

"The staff were absolutely amazing! Kind, helpful and overall super friendly! Location was also amazing! A few things that could be improved include wifi. It basically didn’t work. And the beds could be more comfortable! Other than that, a fantastic stay!"

"Great stay! Super clean, nice room. Definitely get the sea view if it's an option. Amazing breakfast, the US could never. Parking on site is super convenient. Pool bar drinks are delicious! Short walk to the beach at the bottom of the hill, but the boardwalk takes you all the way to town. Golden Horn was lame, but we checked it out for a little bit. Easy walk to a lot of food, wine, the water. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Excellent staff and restaurant on site was great food and convenient. We ended up eating there by five times Spacious rooms for family of five with amazing views from our terrace. There are some steps to go up to get to the rooms as well as up hill from the waterfront, we found it manageable"
