"The cabin was great. So cute. Loved being on the edge of the woods and not connected to any neighbors. Sitting in the chairs just outside our door was so relaxing. My only compliant would be the lack of food choices. We found the little store but would have liked some sandwiches or something to eat on the go."

"Room was spacious and fairly comfortable. Overall, it was fairly quiet and a good stay. The biggest drawback was our toilet tank apparently had a slow leak so whenever it would get low enough to "refill" it would be a high-pitched squeal. This was also after every time the toilet was used. So it woke us up several times during the night. It was better the second night when we slept with the door shut."

"Host was super informative! Quick response time. Property was very quiet. The photos were a little deceiving, we thought it had two beds. It would be nice to have a door on the bathroom instead of a shower curtain. Hot tub was amazing and very clean. Not much prep area for a meal. Washer and dryer was clean. Extra supplies if needed. Lots of security cameras, none pointed directly at deck. Hot water was very effective. We questioned the bed sheets and a few dishes had dried food."

"Our family had a wonderful visit - the house was spotless and had everything we needed, and the property is beautiful. We especially enjoyed fishing on the boat dock, and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. The host is very responsive and helpful - definitely recommend!"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had cookware & dishes plus a few spices & utensils. The hot tub was really nice and when the ferrys open, youre close to mammoth cave, but its a scenic drive when its closed."

"We had a fantastic time! The porch was amazing and gave us a great place to relax and chat. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to have a relaxing getaway for a reasonable price. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly."

"This property was so peaceful, serene and relaxing. Very clean, with the easiest check in / check out process ive ever experienced. Kristen was a super communicative host & went above and beyond to keep the A Frame Cabin & bathrooms stocked with everything a person could need or want. Staying on her farm was so fun - the farm animals were hilarious and very friendly. The visitor center entrance was about 40 minutes away because the ferry was not running at all during our stay, but that was ok! Hope to be back again!"

"We had an amazing time at exile and PJ's was an amazing addition that we did not expect. The hot tub made it worth every penny. I voiced that each time I sunk down in the bubbles. We are planning another trip already and bringing kiddos. Also a guided tour of the cave next time. The home was clean and cozy and better stocked than any other short term rental we have stayed in. We highly recommend if your planning a trip to the cavess or just visiting nearby I'd say it would be worth a slight detour and you must have breakfast right down the street at PJ's!"

"The setting was beautiful, kitchen was well stocked, bedding was nice, mattresses were not the best, it’s a beautiful property, but pretty far from most everything. If you like being out in nature it’s the perfect place."
