The property slopes down to the water leading you to a private dock with kayaks, and paddle boards, which also has a private shared boat ramp. The Dogwood house is furnished with all the amenities: full kitchen with all cookware and utensils, gas grill and propane, washer and dryer, fresh towels and linens, board games, corn hole, wifi, smart TV, and Netflix, bluetooth speakers.
