"The staff were friendly and helpful check in and check out. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use an EasyHotel again. For a cheaper hotel, it was a lovely overnight stay."

"Stayed for business, very good indeed and made a nice change from the traditional chains. WiFi worked great, shower was great, staff very friendly, room had some nice lighting touches. The only thing which was slightly inconvenient was the renewal of parking each day. Stayed for 3 nights but can only pay / book every 24 hours which either means you have to remember each day and / or watch the times. Arrived at 4pm, paid for 24 hours but then had to renew the following morning first thing as I wouldn’t have been back to the hotel in time later in the day. Would be far more convenient to be able to pay for the full duration up front, one less thing to worry about but overall that’s a minor thing, especially if you remember to do it!"

"We were warmly greeted at reception by Hayley. We checked in and booked breakfast for the morning. Hayley also gave us bottled water for our room. Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a beautifully cooked full English breakfast, with fruit juice and coffee and the option of yoghurt and fruit. Yes, the hotel needs some TLC in some areas, but the excellent customer service more than made up for it."

"Rooms showing there age and in urgent need of refurb to justify the cost , not updated since Leonardo took over. Extremely worn / bare carpets on this occasion with very basic shower"

"We enjoyed our stay. We had a large groom that was in good repair. Overall the hotel Still looks tired but the staff a friendly and helpful. It was short one night stay and was a good price. Nothing to complain about. The staff at breakfast seemed like they didn’t expect us as not everything was ready but they made sure that we got everything we needed."
