"The host likes to tell stories and to entertain the guests. The back yard is quite serene. They played relaxing music to set the mood around the chaise lounges and pool. I was exhausted and went straight to bed. The bed was very comfortable. I was given good directions to walk to a nearby mall for dinner and to the Richmond wharf and canning museum for entertainment the next day. The breakfast consisted of 3-4 separate courses, including coddled eggs, fresh fruit and muffins. Way over the top. It was nice to chat with the other guests. This is the way B&Bs used to be decades ago. I would definitely stay here again. "
"We loved our stay here. All the staff were incredible, a special mention to the women working in the restaurant. Blown away by their service and friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond for my kids. Every interaction in this hotel was pleasant. The only issue was the AC didn’t seem to work at all and our room was very warm all 3 nights even though we set it as low as it would go. But other than that loved our stay :) thank you "
