The special feature of this house is its location on the water and the fact that this accommodation has a beautiful winter garden, which offers a beautiful view of the water and small marina. The house is also furnished with care. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, one of the bedrooms has a beautiful view. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor, and a bathroom on the floor with bath, hand shower and toilet. The park is located in a lake area and has a sandy beach where you can swim. From the park you have a beautiful view of the water, the marina and the characteristic fortified town of Stevensweert. Within walking distance from the park there is a restaurant with terrace and bowling alleys, where you can of course enjoy the famous Limburg cake. You can bring a boat. At a distance of 1 km you can use a boat ramp for a fee, you can also rent a mooring there and there is also parking for the boat trailer (on request). Stevensweert is located in the largest closed lake area in the Netherlands. Here you are guaranteed a lot of fun From the Burgundian Meuse, you can make a trip to Antwerp and Brussels by boat. Possible excursions: Eindhoven, Roermond, Valkenburg, Maastricht and Thermae 2000\. The hilly and rural surroundings offer many cycling and walking trails.
