I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep. "We stayed 4 nights in june. We went for a girls trip and had a great time. Kitchen was filled with all sorts of Utensils. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had a few extras if you forgot a toothbrush or shampoo. Beach chairs were provided, which was great. The fireplace kept me warm and i laid in front of it everyday reading.
