No hot water. It took forever to get hot water in the shower. The bsth sink no hot water. Plus the water just trickle out of the faucet. The coffe pot carafe needs to be cleaned. The hot springs was nice. The restroom in the hot springs area needs to be clean and need toilet paper. We had to go extra mileage to find food to eat. The continental breakfast i am not sure. The website needs to be updated. Because it is fraud advertisement. "

"It was nice. Nothing extra special. Paid extra for a balcony room, thinking it would be on the river. It wasn’t. Our Balcony overlooked the street. Hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke. TV channel options were minimal. Not worth the $200. Plus, $20 to park in the parking lot. "
