"Serverely lacking hotel. The beds in the room were good, comfy and clean. There was. Double bed and 2 singles in the room which would be good for families. However the bathroom was a horror show: light flickering when on, tap constantly dripping, no plug just a big hole for you to lose things down, broken door stopper lid on the floor, and the min highlight pubic hair all over a tile on the wall opposite the shower (discovered in the morning when the curtain was pulled back). The ceiling showed lots of signs of dom BK k spots as did all the grout. Standees for the hotel are low and it’s not maintained to an appropriate level even for 2-star hotel"

"After an intial check in issue found the hotel once again with clean rooms comfortable beds and still in a great location. Special mention to the new duty manager who solved the initial issue in a proffesional and emphatic manner . Credit to the hotel and company. Breakfast a welcome start to the day plenty choice and ckean food area "
