Wir waren mit unserem Hündin dort und durch die abgeschlosse Terrasse könnte sie frei herumlaufen. Dem Gastgeber sein Hund ist auch ein ganzer lieber für seine 15 Jahre. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, wenn man fragen hat bzgl. der Örtlichkeit hilft er gerne weiter. Es gibt nichts was es nicht gibt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist gleich mal in Bamberg (15 Minuten) sodass das Preis-Verhältnis gegenüber Bamberg super ist. Lebensmittel einkaufen kann man in einem Gewerbegebiet 4 km von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir werden diese Wohnung nächstes Jahr vielleicht wieder buchen da sie im schönen Frankenland liegt und man von dort aus die Umgebung erkunden kann. Uns sind noch andere Dinge aufgefallen, die für Mieter der Souterrainwohnung eventuell wichtig sein könnten. Diese ist über 16 Stufen zu erreichen. Das Objekt verfügt über eine Ölheizung, die wir in den ersten beiden Tagen gerochen haben. Dann hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig, so dass man den großen Hund und die kleinen Besucher gehört hat. Der Hund bellte auch auf dem Grundstück laut. Der Garagenplatz wurde uns nicht angeboten. Das Geschirr könnte tatsächlich mehr sein, vielleicht ohne Goldrand zur Nutzung in der Mikrowelle. Mit dem Wlan gab es erhebliche Probleme. Die Wohnung haben wir in einem sehr guten Zustand vorgefunden, alles war vorbereitet, Handtücher und bezogene Betten, Leider konnten wir anhand der Beschreibung im Vorfeld nicht erkennen, das die Wohnung sich in einem Hanghaus im unteren Stock befindet, dadurch sind Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sogut wie ohne Tageslicht, nur ein Lichtschacht lässt etwas Licht in die Zimmer. Wohn.- und Essebreich hingegen liegen auf der anderen Seite und haben einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Wälder. Einziger echter Minuspunkt war der Geruch nach Öl, da das Haus durch eine Ölheizung geheizt wird. Wir haben uns zwar im Laufe der Zeit daran gewöhnt, aber zu Anfang war es doch etwas stöhrend. Fazit: - sehr freundliche Vermieter. - sehr ordendliche Wohnung, alles ist da, was man benötigt. - sehr ruhige Waldlage, die zu schönen Spaziergängen einladen. - Nähe zu der schönen Stadt Bamberg ##### Andreas v.
