- Unwind on Blind Sodus Bay in this cozy chalet. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 guests. Open concept main floor with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The spacious deck overlooking the bay is perfect for entertaining, relaxing by the fire pit or watching the sunset. This modern home is located just outside Fair haven offering more peace and quiet, and is less than 1 mile from Colloca Estate Winery, restaurants and much more! This home is on Blind Sodus Bay. It’s on the shallow end of the bay, perfect for fishing and kayaking off shore but NOT suitable for use. Please be aware that weather conditions can affect the bay conditions. If swimming is important, there are beaches mins away.

Brittany was a pleasure to work with, adjusting our dates to accommodate change in school start date. The house is very nice, hosting our 3 generation trip with ease. However, although the property is right on the water, the water is not useable due to the green algae. This should have been mentioned in the listing. We would have found a different place had we known.
