Discover the charm of spending your holidays in our comfortable 75m^2 year-round bunkhouse, located in an extensive fenced area. An ideal place for those looking for a peaceful setting close to nature, with accommodation for up to 6 people. Enjoy unforgettable moments with your family or friends, indulging in relaxation and a variety of outdoor activities. Inside, on the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with an open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a set of dishes for 6 people. There is also a satellite TV and a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing together. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one of them with access to a spacious balcony, where everyone will be able to enjoy the beautiful views of the Szczecin Lagoon. Outside, we provide 700m^2 of fenced area for the exclusive use of our guests, where there is a set of swings with a sandpit, a mini tower and a trampoline for children. There is also a separate barbecue area with a bench and table, ideal for summer evenings. The whole is complemented by a large area for active leisure, guaranteeing great outdoor fun. The surrounding area abounds with natural and tourist attractions. The cottage is located just 2 km from Czarnocin, where the Educational Nature Trail leads. In the near vicinity, there is direct access to the Szczecin Lagoon with a marina, water equipment rental and the possibility to organise catamaran trips. For lovers of hiking and cycling escapades, the region offers trails leading through picturesque landscapes, as well as direct access to white sandy beaches and wildlife. Die Unterkunft hat einen sauberen Gesamteindruck gemacht. Das Grundstück ist groß und direkt am Wasser. Leider kommt man nicht direkt ans Wasser ran (Außer eine Stelle zum Boote einlassen). Der nächste kleine Strand befindet sich 3,5 km entfernt. Der Vermieter vor Ort war sehr nett und wir haben uns auf englisch gut verständigen können. Es war soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Ofen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Waschmaschine). Wir würden wieder kommen, Hier ein paar Kleinigkeiten die wir nicht so schön fanden: - der Grill befindet sich mitten auf dem Grundstück und bei schlechten Wetter ist dieser nicht nutzbar. - es ist wirklich alles draußen voller Spinnen (Vor allem an dem einen Tisch und unter dem Balkon) eine Tatsache für die der Vermieter nichts kann, aber vllt würde eine regelmäßige Spinnenentfernung helfen. Es waren wirklich seeeehr große und dicke Spinnen, hab ich so noch nie gesehen. - leider ist die Terrasse nicht überdacht (der Balkon lässt Regen durch) wodurch bei regen nur drinnen gesessen werden kann (schade) - die Reinigungskraft stand am letzten Tag schon um 09:30 Uhr auf der Matte und hat uns Druck gemacht, dass wir abreisen sollen.. und um Punkt 10 kam sie wieder (wir saßen quasi fast im Auto) und hat uns wieder angemeckert dass wir jetzt fahren sollen.. ##### Laura B. Bis zur Ostsee oder anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vermieter ist sehr nett und er bietet auch eine Katamaran Fahrt an was wir auch gemacht haben, kann ich nur empfehlen. Es sind keine Betten sondern ausgeklappte Sofas. Der Spielplatz für die Kinder war super. Wir hatten unseren Hund nicht mit. ##### Anke T. Kein Mensch weit und breit. Alles sehr ruhig. Man hört nur den Wind wehen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Stepnica - 10 km entfernt. Hier findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Ein bisschen mehr Besteck und ein paar "normale" Gläser für Wasser, Saft etc. wären gut. Bier-und Weingläser vorhanden.
