  • Bring your furry friends to enjoy this newly remodeled home near Stephenville's historic square! The property features a large backyard, connected to the Bosque River Trail, fully stocked coffee bar, smart TV's in every room, office space in the master bedroom, and more. Only 1 mile to Tarleton State University and a short walk to the square for shopping, drinks, and delicious food. If activities aren't your thing, cookout on the back patio and enjoy your meal by the fire pit.

    The Space:
    Located in a nice quiet neighborhood and backed up to the bosque river walking trail. Huge backyard, 3 bedrooms, living room, and a large kitchen stocked with everything you will need!

    The Neighborhood:
    The neighborhood is quiet and a five minute walk to the square. There is only one neighboring home and the property owners are very sweet! You can access the Bosque River Trail from the backyard. There are always people walking their dogs, jogging, and riding bikes along the trail.

    Getting Around:
    Easily accessible property with covered parking for 2. Walking distance from the Stephenville square, shops, restaurants, and drinks!
