Visit our cozy cottage, which is located only 15 km from the natural Baltic Sea beach in the middle of a huge plot together with a second house. Our approximately 100 square-foot home has two bedrooms, a fireplace room and a living / dining area with open kitchen comfortably four people, but is also suitable for up to six people. We have it set up so as we would wish for: lovingly and cozy, with books and games for all ages. A spacious balcony with stunning views and an enchanted terrace on the south make fancy outdoor living. The whole area near the villa is a natural paradise for the entire family. The location of the house in the beautiful Mecklenburg makes even the journey to an exciting journey of discovery through nature. With almost 27 000 square meters, our plot is almost for short walks. Banks, which are hidden in many corners, invite you to linger and the hammock in the orchard invites you to dream. And who wants to have a relaxed, simply enjoy our garden sauna. A paradise for children, because here you can undisturbed run, climb, hide, explore the natural pool or just once in awhile play unobserved, without anyone needs to worry about. The playground, the ping pong table, a trampoline and a barbecue hut complete the experience in nature for young and old. Nature lovers adore especially in the spring, because there is hardly a tree or bush in our garden, which does not bloom. And who wants to know exactly what is in many plants a label indicating the exact species name. In the fall, our garden is bursting with apples, pears, plums and quinces. Snacking is of course permitted and even encouraged! For warm summer evenings we can provide you with a barbecue on the terrace of our house available. In our barbecue hut, you can barbecue in a cozy atmosphere in the wind and weather even in winter or just enjoy a fire. Our pond is the pool for nature lovers - the cooling is waiting right outside the door for you! Surrounded by trees and meadows can whim in the splash 250 m2 wet here all ages. The entry area is suitable with 30 or 60 cm water depth for the little ones, the big ones can correct at least about 20 feet of water length swim laps. Directly adjacent is our little, beach ', which is not only to build the castles but also the sun conjures up a little beach feeling. In addition, our sauna is available with a wood stove. Our garden sauna can accommodate up to 6 people and is very easy to use and cheer. Of course, we provide you with wood and towels. In our house a cycling and hiking map for you is stored - so you can explore the area on your own. Katrin was friendly and communicative. The property had enough room for the dogs to run around and lots of space indoors for dining and relaxing. There are also a number of shops within 30 minutes driving. The house was warm and inviting. The only recommendation I’d give is to bring your own pillows if you are particular. Man ist direkt in der Natur, für Naturliebhaber perfekt. Mit Hund auch super, man kann direkt seine Morgen- und Abendrunden von der Wohnungstür aus starten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist gut eingerichtet, kein technischer Schnickschnack, also nur ein kleiner Fernseher im Wohnbereich und Radio. Kein Netflix etc., also gut zum abschalten, Buch lesen oder den Garten genießen. Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Es liegt sehr abgelegen und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist mind. 10 km entfernt. Man kann dort herrlich in dieser einmalig ruhigen Lage toll entspannen und gut Tagesausflüge planen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage im abgezäunten riesigem Grundstück ermöglicht Kindern und Hund ständig allein rauszugehen. Der Schwimmteich war das Highlight der Kids, die mit einer Fernbedienung ihre Fische (Delphin und Hai) ständig haben schwimmen lassen. Sehr gemütliches Haus, traumhafter Garten, in den man sogar kleine Spaziergänge machen kann. Den Teich könnten wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen, was aber höchstens ein Grund ist nochmal wieder zu kommen. Unsere Hunde und wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Eine Umrundung brachte bei mir 3500 Schritte auf dem Schrittzähler. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Bäume und Büsche. Verwunschene Wege und Lichtungen laden zum reinspickeln ein. Skulpturen, Windspiele und große Steine machen einen Spaziergang noch interessanter. Unsere beiden Hunde haben diesen Park gefeiert. Besonders die Äpfel am Boden waren besonders interessant. Das super und modern ausgestattete Haus, hatte alles was wir brauchten. Der Wohnbereich war im Obergeschoss und bot mit den vielen Fenstern und einer Terrasse herrliche Ausblicke - Motto: Follow the sun.. Die Küche hatte alles was man so braucht. Die Sitzecke und das Sofa luden bei schlechtem Wetter zum Entspannen ein. Das Ferienhaus liegt abseits vom Lärm. WLAN mit guter Bandbreite hält Kontakt zur Außenwelt. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge nach Schwerin, Wismar, Lübeck und die Ostsee. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an die super nette Familie Bosenick-Hofmann. ##### Michael S. Hier kann man mit der Natur Eins werden. Nennenswert ist auch die Sauna inkl. Holz die zur freien Verfügung steht. Ebenso Fahrräder in verschiedenen größen stehen zur Nutzung bereit, sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und ein sauberer Grill. Wer die Natur liebt, darf sich dann auch nicht über die VIELEN Mücken, über zu hohes Gras, über Kletten, die sich im Fell vom Hund verfangen, den rutschigen Untergrung vom Badeteich und den von der Witterung ausgesetztdn Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Grundstück nicht beschweren. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist soweit OK, aber auch hier darf man keine zu hohen Ansprüche stellen. Es ist mit dem, wirklich nötigsten Ausgestattet, keine Extras. Die Kaffeemaschine, brüht nur lauwarmen Kaffee, was mich als Kaffeeliebhaberin etwas gestört hat. Der Holzfussboden oben im Wohn und Essbereich knarrt sehr laut, so dass schlafende Personen im unteren Schlafzimmern gestört werden. D.h. am Besten ALLE Bewohner sollten sich zur gleichen Zeit schlafen legen da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, was natürlich die indivuellen Bedürfnisse ebenso sehr einschränkt. Fazit; So viel Grundstück nur für einen selbst ! Muss man einmal im Leben erlebt haben !!!!!! ##### Markus S. Eingebettet in ein riesig erscheinendes, sehr großes Grundstück mit einem tollen Schwimmteich und einer Fasssauna liegt es quasi im Nirgendwo. Trotzdem ist es ideal gelegen für Fahrradtouren und Ausflüge nach Lübeck, Wismar oder an den Ostseestrand von Boltenhagen. Hier kann man die Ruhe genießen und entspannen. Wer mag, kann auf dem Grundstück auf Entdeckungstour gehen und die vielen Pflanzen bewundern, im Schwimmteich baden bzw. schwimmen oder eben einfach nur im Garten liegen. Im Haus steht alles zur Verfügung, was man benötigt, von der voll ausgestatteten Küche, über Satelliten-TV (war diese Woche wegen der EM unverzichtbar ;-) bis hin zu Fahrrädern, Grill, Tischtennisplatte u.v.m. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche sehr genossen. ##### Steffen L. Action wird gegen ein gutes Buch getauscht und der Hund hatte einen riesigen Tummelplatz. Die Ostsee ist mit dem Rad gut erreichbar, für Faule geht im Notfall auch das Auto. In unseren Tagen dort hatten wir abends schönes Feuer, waren am Strand, auf dem Feld und im Schnee. Der Garten ist schön und das Ferienhaus sehr schlicht und schön gestaltet.
