"A charming, old style hotel. I wouldn't have been surprised to see Bogart walking down the stairs. Even the room keys are kept in pigeonholes behind the receptionist. Conveniently located a few metres from the ferry terminal and in the middle of the quaint town of Stromness. Maybe not for those who like the ultra-modern, but I'm glad to see there are still places for people seeking a slightly tired but good old fashioned elegance."
