The renovated 3-room apartment in the heart of the old town welcomes its guests with a new fitted kitchen including all electrical appliances, a modern bathroom and 3 very comfortable and large box-spring beds, TV (Netflix Premium incl.), WiFi and a private parking space. All rooms are individually lockable. Suitable for small travel groups, families, site managers, fitters and digital nomads. Right on the pulse of time and yet quietly located on the 3rd floor, easily accessible by elevator. Our guests can expect a newly renovated, spacious (128 sqm) 3-room apartment in a central yet quiet location with its own parking space in the backyard. The new, spacious eat-in kitchen forms the center of the apartment. The bright fitted kitchen offers everything your heart desires: dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, etc. You will find everything you need in the new bathroom with rainforest shower and modern fittings. The very comfortable box-spring beds round off the offer. Extra beds can be booked on request, as the rooms are very spacious. The comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Smokers can smoke in the inner courtyard. Ideal for fitters up to 6+ people, site managers, families, small groups, supervisors or construction teams. All three rooms are individually lockable. Fast WLAN and streaming (incl.
