Next door to public boat ramp, trailer parking and Who Dats Bar/Grill. 4 Steps from the elevator, Panoramic views of river and Gulf! Minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, scalloping, fishing and fabulous restaurants. New 24 hour camera system monitoring of parking lot, pool and dock is currently operational for your protection and the protection of your vehicle, boat and pool activities.
***NOTE - Docks and elevator are currently out of order due to Hurricane Helene, but are in-line for repair and should be fixed by Scallop Season. The good news is that there is a public boat ramp ~100 yards away and a dedicated parking lot across the street from the condo to park boat trailers. The stairs are in fine shape!

No fireworks on premises No boats over 10 ft wide x 32 Ft long Absolutely NO cleaning scallops inside condo! All scallops to be cleaned on dock
All scallop shells to are to be put in dumpster not in river. NO PETS! Automatic $500 dollar cleaning fee for any pet violation!
Owners balconies are very close together, so please refrain from loud music or voices after 10pm

Great place and experience

The place was exactly as described. The location was perfect and directly on the water with access. The condo was clean and inviting. The outside grounds were kept nicely and convenient to everything. Our host was so easy to communicate with and super helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Perfect little getaway

This place had everything we needed for a little fishing getaway. We were able to dock our boat in the provided slip with the boat ramp and trailer parking at the end of the street. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and playing in the pool. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Our stay was 5+ stars! We came for a scalloping trip and can not wait to book our return! This unit was extremely clean and had all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Our host was also amazing! She was quick to respond to all our questions. Looking forward to our next stay!

Condo was clean and within walking distance to the boat ramp. Parking was a breeze. Elevator made things easy for luggage and coolers. Boat slip was right out front and could be seen from the balcony. Located directly across from the Sea Hag. Property owner was reachable when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Hatch Getaway

The unit was super clean and had every thing we needed to relax, catch up with lifelong friends and more! Host was so helpful in all “Hatch” activities… “Hatch” is short for Steinhatchee. We loved hiking falls and would have never known about Falls! Plan and hope to stay again ❤️

Fishing in the gulf

Very clean comfortable. I was worried that there may be leftover damage from the huricane but everything was great no damage. The view was breath taking.

This was a beautiful condo! Great location with the boat ramp just feet away. Plenty of space to park your truck and trailer. Nice boat docks for your boat and fish cleaning station. The pool so was immaculately clean and so inviting! Bar b que grills down by the pool were nice. The 3rd floor had a beautiful view of the river. Condo was nicely appointed and very clean! Plenty of places to eat. McDavid’s cafe was the best! Definitely recommend. Would DEFINITELY stay here again! Very comfortable stay and we hated to leave.

Listing says private dock

The listing claims to have a private dock This was the only reason I booked my stay here. I arrived before check in so I took my boat out of the day. After spending the day on the water I go to dock my boat at the PRIVATE DOCK and it’s floating in the middle of the river. I had no choice but to trailer my boat or pay the marina next door to dock my boat. This is false advertisement!!

Steinhatchee Scalloping

Our overall stay was very nice and relaxing. Check in, check out and communication with management was very quick and easy. This was listed as a non smoking condo, but on the table of the balcony was an ash tray that had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We had torrential rain during our stay that had filled the ash tray. My son did not know what the container was and while moving it, spilled it on himself and ended up getting sick from the nicotine. This was also the first time I have been to a rental that has not provided laundry soap, shower soap, shampoo and/or conditioner.

Family Spring Break Trip

Very clean. Well stocked with cooking supplies. Beautiful balcony and view. Not well stocked with cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself like cleaning rags, paper towels, cleaning solution. Also, make sure you ask about the elevator and dock. These were damaged during the hurricane and it does not mentioned it in the listing. They were not available to use so be prepared to go up 3 flights of stairs and not have a boat slip. We had to pay for a boat slip at Sea Hag.

Winter Steinhatchee

We had a great stay at the condo. Very clean and super comfortable considering it never got above 50 degrees and dropped into the 20s at night. It has all things you need for cooking at home if you decide. We were there for a fishing tournament so having a nice place to prep is important. The only reason I gave a 4 for any catagories is because the listing shows a few things that are not available and probably won’t be for some time. Dock elevator and storage room are storm victims. We were made aware of these but maybe some updates in the listing would help. We will be back later in the year.
