Welcome to The Blue Crab Getaway .
This beautiful property is located just a short walk from Sea Hag Marina. It sits directly across from the Steinhatchee River and also has a large floating dock with enough space for 2 boats. It’s all on DEEP WATER and close to the Gulf so you are just a short boat ride to the mouth of the river. Currently the dock does not have water or electric. It is 20x30\. Enjoy scalloping and fishing with all the comforts of home when you arrive at this spacious and comfortable property. Its bright colorfully decorated with a cheerful coastal theme.
It offers 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms plus a spacious den to accommodate a total of 11 guests. The outside features two screened porches, one on front and one on the side, a grilling area with propane grill and a huge yard with plenty of parking. We are sure you and your guests will feel right at home and the best part is the view of the river and its the awesome location. Don't forget to bring your golf cart or call ahead and book your kayak and golf cart rentals. Security cameras on side & back porch

#### Perfect Get-a-way
We all really enjoyed staying there. There were 6 of us, my husband and I, plus a mixture of young adults and one teenager. It was perfect for us. There were enough beds for everyone to have their own and they were all comfortable. It was a very short walk to Sea Hag marina where we were renting our boat for scalloping. We also had our own dock with a sink and hose for cleaning our scallops. Check in and check out was super easy and simple. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that might be a "nice to have" as opposed to a "must have" would be a better pan for cooking eggs. The ones that were available were very old, non-stick pans, in which the "non-stick" was pretty much gone or scorched. But like I said, we made do and it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would absolutely stay again.

#### Excellent property for a scalloping trip!
We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 kids under the age of 10\. What a great property! We all had plenty of room to spread out and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. I was concerned about only 2 bathrooms for the number of people in our group, but it worked out just fine. The property came stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen extras. The beds and linens were great. We had plenty of room for two trucks and boat trailers. The boat dock was perfect for two 19 foot boats. Larger boats would have been fine there as well. Ami was great at answering her phone and tackling any questions we had. Checking in was easy. No issues. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet at night. The property was close to restaurants. The location on the river is perfect for scalloping! We got our limit everyday because the scallops are so plentiful this season. We would definitely stay here again or use any of the other properties Ami manages. The covered dock is nice if you want to shuck your own scallops; we chose to use a local business to do the shucking to maximize our time together. We all had a great time and enjoyed this property.

#### Incredible location
We had a great time at the Blue Crab Getaway. It was our first time in Steinhatchee but our friends have been several times. The house was super clean, well equipped and the location was incredible. Directly across the street from your private dock with two slips. Very easy to get in and out, not too far from the mouth of the creek. You’re just a few hundred yards from Sea Hag. We walked a few times, too far to carry back a 20 pound bag of ice, but so close. Plenty of parking for two trucks with trailers and another car. Easy to back in and out with the trailers. Driveway is gravel/dirt and has potholes so go slow. Im so glad we brought our own towels, wash cloths, hand towels, dishtowels and beach towels. They had those things, but I don’t think it would have been enough for us. I did laundry everyday, our friends did not. Maybe we’re weird? We brought extra garbage bags, paper towels, paper plates/plastic utensils, garbage bags, zip lock bags, foil and a handful of Tupperware containers. We had to go out and buy toilet paper but we were a party of 9\. As far as sleeping arrangements, two kings, one queen, a twin day bed with a twin trundle. I assume one of the couches folded out but we didn’t use that. Plenty of room for people to split up and hang out. Two screened in porches. Large living room. Several tvs. Four? We were very comfortable sharing the space with another family whom we have never traveled with before. Highly recommend! Book it!!

The boat dock was a perfect fit for our 34 ft boat. Not far from the boat ramp. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. The home is very big and can easily host 10-12 people. We had 5 people total. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you have to cross a busy street to get to the dock.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10 people. 4 generations. Comfortable home with plenty of space. Twin bed with twin trundle in the den area, trundle can be rolled separate from bed. Sectional sofa and sleeper sofa in the living room. Large porches with plenty of seating. Large floating dock and screened room for cleaning scallops. Short trip to the gulf.

Very Clean, spacious for all of us. Nicely stocked with fluffy towels, nice linens for beds, kitchen well equipped with all needed - just bring your own food.
