When I arrived early, the friendly staff greeted me and I was given a room within minutes. The room was beautifully set up and sparkling clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with various options of hot and cold foods. Meat, eggs, German bread and Brötchen along with cheeses were laid out nicely. There were fruits, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, juices...the works!
The bar is cozy, the gym and sauna are clean. The hotel is next to public transportation and the area is safe and walkable.

my room had a constant whirring all night long.The tv wasnt tuned in so I couldnt use that. Could have done with tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel was centrally located and downstairs was very grand. It is a very lovely hotel but my particular room was not great.
