"Got there . No one available. Told I’d received an email with my codes to enter . This hadn’t arrived . Then when this was sorted the restaurant and bar was closed so couldn’t get food or drink . There was no secure parking for my motorcycle. I tried on multiple times to phone the hotel . The number on the notice board and the one hotel.com gave me wasn’t working. In the end I had to ride another 50 km to find another hotel . After already riding 850 miles from north wales this was the last...

"This is THE BEST place i have ever stayed! The staff made us feel like VIPs from the moment we got there until the time we left. The rooms in the castle are incredible with modern conveniences and an old castle feel! The food and wine at the restaurant was delicious and the views from the restaurant are stunning!
