"We had a lovely week in this ancient, but brilliantly renovated cottage. Clean, cosy, but spacious, with a lovely log burner. Nothing about it was poky, and although there was only one room downstairs it was modern, and open plan, and we felt that we had masses of space - a family of four, plus dogs ! Perfect, sheltered garden, wonderful views, and within 5 mins of Leominster, and Bromyard - not much further to Hereford and Ludlow, although we headed to the hills of Kington, and Offas Dyke. "I actually enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a classic double room and it was bigger than it looked in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed (hot drinks, Elemis shampoo, body wash). Some slight wear and tear on the furniture (warped side tables and desk) which is easily fixed and will make the room near perfect. The only issue we did have was this thinness of the walls and ceilings. We were woken by people walking in their room above us and could hear people using their toilet in the room next door/above. The breakfast was amazing. Lovely staff and quick ordering/service. Delicious coffee! Lots of nice options from the continental and the made to order breakfast. We did use the spa facilities but didn't have much time due to the nature of our stay. Nice and clean, warm pool. Robes and flip flops provided. We didn't have any treatments. I would stay here again!"
