(this is not your beach rental - you will not need to buy TP or trash bags!)

The City of Steamboat Springs is installing a roundabout in Ski Time Square Drive directly in front of Kutuk. The road work will run approx May until Nov 2024.  
I have reduced the rates to compensate for any noise and/or road wait time to enter and leave Kutuk. The work is only Mon - Friday.   
  
This unit is managed by Condos in Steamboat. Kim and Dan Filler, owners of Condos in Steamboat have lived, worked and played in Steamboat for more than three decades. We will make sure you vacation is one to remember. You will keep coming back to Steamboat year after year - we promise!

Kutuk is a fantastic condo, well appointed & decorated, ski in / ski out, and just a minute’s walk from everything Steamboat Village has to offer. The property manager helped arrange everything ahead of time so we simply walked in when we arrived with no waiting or check-in, lift tickets we’re waiting for us inside, and the manager was available to help with anything we needed while there. It was our first trip to Steamboat and we’ll be back to stay at Kutuk.

#### Amazing Property

The apartment itself is very well maintained, modern, and super clean. You are six minutes from the lift (walk across the street and put on your skis) and ski to the lift. You can also ski in the "backway" - so from Thunderhead Lodge to the apartment takes about 9 minutes (I had a conference call I had to jump on). Internet is great for remote work - both my wife and I were on zoom calls during the day. Laundry is a quick two minute walk into the main building. The main restaurant strip in town is easy to get to - either a quick 12 minute drive by car or call the shuttle. Grocery store is also very close \~ 5/7 min drive. Overall super great experience and we are excited to go back.
