This 3 bedroom, 3 bath slope with views of Heavenly Daze and Valley view from its deck comfortably sleeps 6-7 adults and makes a fantastic Steamboat vacation rental. It's very easy to feel at home and relax at this spacious, bright and immaculate three level condo. Enter the unit either on the ground level through the private garage or walk up the outside steps and access via the front door on the main level. The main level features a fantastic open living area with vaulted ceilings. It is highlighted by a superbly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample storage and everything you will need to stay in and cook meal. There is also a beautiful wood table with 4 chairs conveniently located for dining, playing a game or just hanging out. You’ll enjoy kicking back on the comfy sofa and love seat and watching a movie, show or game on the flat screen TV, or just relax by the fabulously updated fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. There is also a desk for your remote working and schooling needs. There is a partially covered balcony right off the living area with ski run and valley views, as well as a Weber gas grill. There are two bedrooms off of the living area on the main level including the Master Suite, which offers an alluring King bed, a flat screen TV, lots of closet space and dresser storage. The attached, recently remodeled private full bathroom has a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom on this level also has a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and dresser storage. Right outside the 2nd bedroom is both a recently remodeled full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a separate closet with a full sized washer and dryer. The bunk room en suite is all by itself on the top level. It has a very solid Twin over Full bunk bed, twin Trundle bed, flat screen TV, desk, closet and its own private recently remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The private garage is perfect for your vehicle and/or gear. Extra large vehicles will not fit in the garage but can park on the driveway directly in front of the unit. Enjoy a soak in the community hot tub (year-round). If you don't want to walk to the resort, a free bus route stop is only 350 steps away. Buses loop every 20 minutes and you are only about 5 minutes from the base of the gondola/base area, restaurants & pubs and the Gondola Transit Center, which connects you to shopping, downtown and more restaurants and pubs. The ski shuttle is a slight walk but otherwise a great location and relatively close to the base of the ski resort. The villa was beautifully renovated, extremely clean and had everything that we needed for a full week in Steamboat. The carpet looked like it was either brand new or just professionally cleaned! We were so impressed by the attention to detail! Instead of using the public city bus that picks up near the unit, we walked to and from the mountain every day to ski/snowboard. We rented a locker at the mountain all week and stored our skis at the mountain to avoid transporting our gear back and forth each day. Ski in/out units are a fortune so we saved money by booking this unit. We did not rent a car and the walk was very pleasant on a safe path and took about 15 min to walk to the mountain. We cooked many meals in the Villa and the kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you could ever ask for! We walked to the mountain to dine one evening and also took the city bus from the mountain to downtown one evening for dinner. Easy, quick 20 min ride from mountain on free city bus to downtown (including stops and pick- ups). Closest store to Villa is Wild Plum - a high-end specialty grocery, liquor store that has a small restaurant too. We stopped there for last minute Items a few times on the way back from the mountain. This unit has a brand new washer/dryer and also had soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, TP, dish and laundry detergent - this made it so convenient and easy so we didn’t have to buy a lot of extra items! We loved sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine after a long day on the slopes! We would definitely book this unit again! A few minor suggestions for improvements : more hotpads for cooking, more kitchen towels, master bedroom bed was firm- a memory foam mattress topper would make the bed cozier. We set this trip up last minute and it could not have gone smoother. ITrip was quick with checkin information and assisted us throughout our stay. The Villa is a great set up, 3 spacious bedrooms, nice size living space and everything needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Great location, about a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop and only 5 minute bus ride to the base. Hot tub was about 30 yards from the front door. ITrips and the condo were wonderful. We checked in and thought we didnt have hot water. ITrips sent someone over within 10 mins - lightning fast. They were the kindest and most efficient property management company to work with. They helped us to figure out the hot water situation immediately. The condo was lovely and perfect. Clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. It was so close to the slopes, restaurants and town. You could walk to the slopes if you wanted.
