The townhome was nicely furnished and appointed, and the layout was perfect for two families with kids with a main floor and then two separate bedroom spaces -- one in the "basement" (more like a walk-out as the bedroom has a patio) and one upstairs. Guests should be prepared that Vacasa does not respond through the VRBO app so don't send any questions there or you won't get answers. Other than this we would definitely stay again as the location was great and we appreciated having two parking spaces as well. ##### Katie P. Our only complaint is that there is no air conditioning in the condo and with the heat it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Only the Master Bedroom has a ceiling fan and it does not work properly. With climate change and more heat in the mountains you need to have a way for cooling the condo at night. Each night going to bed our condo was still 85 degrees. ##### Courtney M.
