This is a very spacious, top-floor condo with vaulted, exposed wooden beam ceilings and unique, rustic furnishings. Prepare meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, dine together at the table for four, and then kick back for movie nights in the cozy living area complete with a warming gas fireplace. Right outside, enjoy the views from your private, covered balcony with a table for four. The main bedroom has a TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom. Third floor so no one above and higher ceilings, and lots of stairs. Some retail/restaurants very close by. The condo is dated and shabby, but has basic comforts. The walls are very thin- we could hear neighbors on both sides, and they weren't complying with the supposed quiet hours (ie, there was noise until midnight), so a crapshoot depending on who's renting when, if it will be quiet or noisy. Beautiful home with the best location and amenities! The condo was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated,had super comfy beds, was well stocked with anything you could need from extra blankets, kitchen utensils,and Toiletries. It had an amazing view of the slopes and was only a 3 minute walk to the base at Steamboat...sooo convenient. We didn't use our car for the 3 days we were there. And there a 4 outdoor hottubs that are open until 10pm so it was lovely to be able to soak each night after a day of snowboarding. The front desks staff at the Vacasa office are all really friendly and helpful also. The condo had everything we needed. It was very close to walk to gondola at base of skiing. The hot tubs around the complex for after skiing were a blessing. The beds were comfy.
