The main floor features a welcoming living area with a large sectional, gas fireplace, and flat-screen TV, opening to a private deck with a hot tub, gas grill, and seating for six. The updated kitchen and dining area are great for cooking and gathering, and there's a half bath conveniently located nearby. The main-floor primary suite offers a peaceful escape with a king bed, seating area, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the hot tub deck. This is the first time that I have ever felt that we have paid more $$ than for what we got! I have never written a negative review, but, please note that this is a tired condo. There is plenty of space, but it is crying for a facelift! The kitchen was not particularly well stocked, the furniture is quite worn, and a can of paint or two would be welcomed. We had a great time in Steamboat, because, well, it's Steamboat, but we chose in error with this condo, Also, we lived with the previous renter's massive garbage pile in the garage due to the Property Management Company's lack of response. ##### Barbara T.
