The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy eat-in bar for two, making meal prep a breeze. Step outside to your private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening wine as you take in the crisp alpine air. The layout is designed with just the right amount of space across two levels. The main-level primary suite features a plush king bed and an en suite full bathroom, along with a washer and dryer. Upstairs, the lofted second bedroom is perfect for families or friends, offering a small low sitting bunk bed with two full-size mattresses. The top bunk bed has a weight capacity of 300 lbs, and the bottom bunk supports up to 450 lbs. Guests of the Rockies Complex enjoy access to a fantastic selection of community amenities, including an outdoor heated pool, multiple hot tubs, a sand volleyball court, ski lockers, and a clubhouse with a ping pong table and lounge area. We had a wonderful weekend getaway staying at this condo with our two young boys! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches - our kids loved the library cart with books for all ages and a wide selection of board board games. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated the new and incredibly comfortable bedding and plush towels. The location was perfect - tucked right by the mountain and close to both Walmart and City Market for anything we needed. We spent hours enjoying the pool and hot tub, and the entire complex felt very family-friendly. The owner, Matthew, and the property management team were kind and communicative, though we never needed a thing - it was all taken care of.
