The home's entrance opens up to a kitchen with lovely granite countertops and all of the conveniences of home, perfect for preparing meals for your family. The dining area seats four and there is a breakfast bar off of the kitchen with additional seating for two. The living area has a warm gas fireplace and flatscreen television, the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes or exploring downtown Steamboat. The private balcony is accessible off of the living room providing great views of the ski area, custom bench seating, and a table for four so you can enjoy meals and drinks in the fresh mountain air. Plus, there is no need to worry about wet clothes coming off the mountain, as this condo has a private washer and dryer. The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries. Things to Know No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk out the the back then a few steps to the short ski down to the lift or gondola. Also very convenient to the restaurant and shops at the mountain. Restaurants within a 5 minute walk also is a big plus. Rooms very nicely furnished with all necessary kitchen equipment, fireplace and individual heating settings for each room. Extremely comfortable. Would give 5 stars but our unit had a long walk to the jacuzzi pool complex and at end of day we were too spent to take the trek there. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. The condo has a view to Gondola Square. It is a very short walk to several bars and restaurants. It was central to the wine festival. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed some time at the pool while we were there and the a/c unit in the bedroom made for a great nights' sleep - very cold! The kitchen is set up to allow you to make meals. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the patio. We also were able to speak with the management and get answers to our questions upon arrival. My wife and I, with two kids, stayed in a one bedroom and had some concern about the size. It ended up working out great and kids said that "we could live like this forever". Had a great time and staff was incredible. We'll be back next year!! ##### David S. It was the recommended property for the Crane Festival so we thought that we would support that. Very comfortable and well appointed. Really appreciated some of the extras being provided ie. Coffee and a few condiments. Made it easier to settle in for a few days. We loved Steamboat and your location. It gave us a little bit of both . The ski area and the city. The free and easy shuttle service to downtown was a great addition, as well as the plaza’s restaurants right next to our building. Our family WILL be back! ##### Chris B.
