There were lots of trails and open space and we were near the base of the mountain with access to shops and restaurants. The Home was beautiful and decorated beautifully and there was a really nice outdoor pool and hot tub just a short walk away. Our only frustration was that the Kitchen needed many repairs to make it functional for cooking so we had challenges with that. Enormous amount of interior space, well decorated and a very nice feel about the entire rental experience. The three bedrooms/bathrooms were more than enough for us (only two people)...our other family members had already made other plans for other locations. If we would ever come back to Steamboat, this would be our first choice because of location, price, cleanliness and experience. This was a major inconvenience that never got taken care of after multiple calls to Vicasa, secondly the TV in the family room was not working properly. The house had some issues upon check-in and had to call maintenance to let us in the home due to the keypad out of battery. The heat in the house was also not working, requiring the company to bring space heaters to heat the residence during our stay. Management was helpful and the place fit 5 adults comfortably.
