Took a quick trip with the kids to avoid some of the summer heat in Denver. Everything went smoothly from booking through check-out. The house was clean and organized and was perfect for the four of us (it can actually handle several more people). My only request would be to purchase a toaster for the kitchen as that was a bit of a challenge during breakfast time. Thanks again for everything.

Loved our Spruce Street stay!
My family of 4 stayed here for almost 6 weeks in the summer. It was a dream! We loved the location! It was amazing to be able to walk to the nearby park and to downtown. The house itself is perfect. We were beyond appreciative of the hooks everywhere to hang up jackets, hats & bags. The mud room style entry to the house is great for storing all of the shoes and kid bikes/scooters. The updated kitchen worked well for us and we decided to eat all of our meals in the breakfast nook. The window seats are my favorite part of the house! We had a relative come visit during our stay and she stayed in the kid's room. This worked out well since that room will actually sleep 4 people (and that's without using the extra single mattress)! A lot of rentals these days are void of any character and we did not feel like that with this home. Everything we could have needed for a shorter stay was provided (we obviously bought more dish soap and things of that nature since our stay was longer). The people that rent the house behind this one are very friendly and have a nice dog, who we only heard making any sound if there was a bear in the backyard (quite useful). All of the neighbors on the street are welcoming and one couple dubbed us "the summertime family"! Skyrun was super easy to work with! They stocked the house well and let us do our thing. We did lock ourselves out of the house once, and they were quick to help us in that situation. Would recommend renting from them! Their communication was on point and I had wonderful conversations and advice from both Alex and Taylor. We can't wait to come back! Oh, and the beds were comfortable, even the bunk beds :)
Our stay was great. The house was clean and nicely updated. It was about a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants which we did several times a day and enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.
Our family of four loved this little home - it had everything we needed!! It was a great location and the instructions were easy to follow and very detailed!!
The house was so clean when we got there. It’s cute as a button and oh so cozy. It’s Well appointed and we were not lacking for anything! Great location - a definite 5 star!
Excellent location, easy walking distance to everything. Absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains. Nice having 2 parking stalls and hot tub on premises. Very well stocked kitchen and new appliances. Not a deal- breaker but dated uncomfortable furniture (sofas, beds). Easy fixes: Cleaning staff should have emptied overflowing Recycle bin, cleaned a very dirty BBQ & ensured propane in the tanks.
Everything was great. My only request is to put up a window covering on the rear window that faces the neighbor in back. There is a direct line of site from the bed in main bedroom to the neighbors living room. As a women, that was uncomfortable. Otherwise great stay.
The house was very sweet, all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable
The only negative were the yards, they really need a lot of care, otherwise we enjoyed ourselves.
