Engulf yourself in the local district and take a short walk to the free city bus to take you where you need to go. Find parks, paths, and trails within walking distance, or explore downtown Steamboat Springs, only about two away.

Make yourself at home in the light-filled living area, featuring vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a TV with a soundbar. A sofa bed provides flexible accommodations. Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with ample granite countertop space, a five-burner range, and a roomy SubZero fridge. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar, then gather at the dining table. Or, host a cookout on your scenic private deck, configured with a three-burner gas grill and a dining table.

Sleep soundly beneath vaulted ceilings in the primary suite, appointed with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination. The guest suite also has a TV.

Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, games, and a washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms provide cooling as needed. Parking is provided for one vehicle in the private garage and for up to two more vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The deck is fully divided from the neighboring home by a roller shade.
Elevators are not available.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
