Grab a cup of coffee and step outside onto your covered deck for some of that bright blue mountain sunshine first thing in the morning. Breakfast is a breeze, thanks to the modern kitchen with beautiful, solid-wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The property was very clean for the most part and you can tell it was set up with care. Beautiful views of the mountains. My only comment would be that the listing didn't share how restrictive the parking would be. There is one free spot in a very small garage that, thankfully, we were able to fit our car into but my inlaws had to find parking elsewhere. The information for over night parking is very inconsistent. We want to the lot we were told to park but by the sign said parking until 2 am. All the information online is also inconsistent. The unit is three stories; master bedroom is upstairs, kitchen/living room main floor, second bedroom and private sitting area are on the bottom floor. This is an excellent condo for dogs because the bottom floor has a sliding glass door right out to a small outdoor patio. There is a large empty lot right in front of the unit also. The garage is very small, one car and difficult to angle into. I drive a Toyota Highlander and it barely fit, we had to back it in from the alley, not 6th street. But, besides that it was the most enjoyable stay and very convenient for our needs. Steamboat is lovely when it snows and being next to the gas fireplace watching the serene landscape was therapeutic. ##### Linda G. But when we got to the place, major construction was taking place between the unit and the river, kicking up huge clouds of dust that made us unable to sit on the balcony. The place is very nice, but once the construction is done, it will look out directly on another unit. Just so you know. Otherwise the place is very nice.
