This unit definitely has had pets in the past and really could use a deep clean and new carpet. The beds were old and creaky but the floor plan was perfect for our family. The location and vacasa bus was great! The building next door has the two rooftop hot tubs and an indoor hot tub. My only suggestion would be let guest know that there is no A/C. It was 90 degrees the whole time we were in Steamboat and although fans were nice, it would have been nice to know going in that there was no A/C.
