When we arrived for a weekend of skiing with a family of four, we were told the refrigerator was broken. We were assured they had attempted a repair and would check it in a couple of hours. They said they would provide a new fridge if it wasn't working. Instead, they all went home and left us with a broken fridge overnight. No maintenance people to help, no ability for vacasa to assist. Had to leave all the food in our car. Pretty inconvenient for the rates paid. Would not recommend as we have stayed many other places over the years without this sort of inconvenience. What we liked most about staying here is that there was a shuttle service that you could call and they will take you where you need to go. The issue is the specific unit backs up to the street and with the windows open, you hear the cars drive up and down. The unit did not have black out curtains only mini blinds that were no in perfect working order. People walking downtown sidewalk, can look into your condo. This is a bigger issue at night if you wanted to get dressed in your bedroom with the lights on; if someone walks by they can watch you get dressed through the mini blinds. Kitchen was OK for three people to cook full meals. Beds, electronics, and furniture were all fine. No instructions on how to use the gas fireplace, but we didn’t need it. The ski in/ski out location was fabulous, and the hot tubs and laundry facilities were great. Excellent shuttle service to the transit hub and door to downtown. The whole property is very well-kept. Stairs up from the parking lot are a bit much, but probably no worse actually been climbing stairs up to the third or fourth floor of some of the other nearby condos. The communication from TurnKey is very customer centric and incredibly helpful. The location of the condo is really wonderful and makes skiing very fun and easy. However, the condo itself is past dated. The master bedroom mattress is awful - absolutely awful (and I can tolerate alot). The bedcoverings are so old in both rooms you are afraid to put them near your face. The blinds are broken in all of the rooms and light comes in. The furniture is clearly very old and leaves you feeling questionable about sitting on it. And unfortunately you can hear everything above you and in the hallways. Had to make 4-5 calls to get them delivered to us, while waiting over an hour outside. Not happy with response from condo management.
