We booked it last minute when we wanted to get up to the mountains and out of the city and are really glad we did. Steamboat Lodging Company make sure we were taken care of from start to finish and even brought extra towels over when we needed them. We had plenty of room to spread out in the four bedrooms and the open living room & kitchen was perfect for family dinners. The showcase piece of this home is the back deck that has a private hot tub with a pergola covering and a large outdoor table. It was relatively warm while we were in Steamboat, so we spent a ton of time out here. You can even see the Resort from the deck, although it was closed during our visit. We walked a bunch, down to the little grocery store for coffee (Wild Plum) and to a great burger place for dinner (Apres Burger). Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had with the home is that I asked for air-conditioning. Only 2 rooms, the master and the kitchen/den have air-conditioning. 3 of the bedrooms do not. This detail was omitted from the description of the property. During our stay in August morning and evenings were comfortable while midday was quite warm even with windows open and fans.
