From the minute you walk in you will be greeted with an abundance of natural light, with cathedral ceilings and views of the mountains. The location is incredibly convenient: walk 10 minutes to the lifts or hop on the free shuttle that stops on the property. The shuttle can take you to the ski area or to the shops and restaurants in quaint downtown Steamboat. This 800 sqft family friendly unit features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms and a private balcony. Each of the two bedrooms features a queen size bed with the loft sleeping two on twin sized trundle beds. Furthermore, the living room has a full-size pull-out sofa that can sleep an additional two people. There's also a private ski closet outside the front door to store your equipment. At the end of a day of adventure, take a dip in the heated pool, soak in one of the two hot tubs, socialize around the gas fire pit or relax in the unit in front of the gas fireplace as you take in the views of the ski hill and enjoy some entertainment on the 42’ flat screen TV. This unit offers all the features and amenities that you could ask for in a vacation rental. The space was just as described. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, large pot & crockpot for making soup, etc. (they even left us a bag of locally roasted coffee)! If you’re skiing, you can either make the 10 min walk to the base or take the free bus (purple line, which has 2 stops right by the condo) - very convenient after seeing how far away some of the other condos are!
