This large townhome offers 3 bedrooms + loft & 3 bathrooms and a private hot tub on the deck. With more than 2000 square feet, there is plenty of room for everyone. Great layout for two families or 3 – 4 couples. Unit sleeps 8.

Both king bedrooms have ceiling fans. All bedrooms have TV's and luxury bath robes. The entire unit has A/C.

Living room has 65' TV with HD cable. King bedroom on main level has 32' TV. Upstairs master suite has 50' TV. Queen bedroom has 36' TV. Gorgeous soft linens, fleece blankets, duvets and lots of pillows. Just gorgeous.

Outdoor heated pool in the summertime (closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day). Private Hot Tub on deck off living room. The hot tub is fully serviced before each rental.

Private BBQ grill, free Wi-Fi, HE washer & dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen, new gas range, two hot water heaters so lots of hot water, plenty of parking.

Herbage is located on the free city bus route. The bus comes by every 20 minutes. Herbage is the 3rd last stop before the ski area so the bus ride is only a couple of minutes in the mornings.

STOCKED UNIT: All our units are stocked with all supplies that you will need for your stay: toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, napkins, coffee filters, trash bags, small soaps, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, Dawn kitchen sink soap, Cascade for the dishwasher, Lysol/Clorox wipes, hand soap pumps at all sinks, hand sanitizer, 409/spic n span or similar counter spray, two sets of sheets for each bed, minimum of 6 sets of towels per bathroom, hot tub towels, etc. (this is not your beach rental - you will not have to buy TP!)
