Start your day with a hot breakfast next door. Take the pathway just a few steps across the street, then clip in and enjoy the world class skiing in Steamboat. Finish your afternoon by relaxing in the heated pool, hot tubs or sauna. Make dinner in the newly remodeled kitchen or go out at one of Steamboat s award-winning restaurants.

    This flexible condo can be rented as a 3 bed 3 bath, 4 bed 4 bath, , or a studio (1 bed 1 bath plus kitchenette). This listing is for the 3 bedroom portion. Other listings on this booking site for the other sizes.

    Aside from the hot tubs, sauna and pool, other amenities include a private winter shuttle service, BBQ area with tables, clubhouse with pool table, fitness center and a conference room, perfect for meetings, family reunions, ski groups, etc.

    The owners of Phoenix 116 have remodeled, offering a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. The dining area has a large table as well as a breakfast bar with four additional seats.
