Located in the Steamboat base area, it's just minutes from world-class skiing, hiking & biking and still less than 3 miles from quaint downtown Steamboat Springs. Spend your day outdoors but come back to the convenience of hot tubs, heated pool (summer), high speed WIFI, wireless stereo, washer/dryer, and one-car heated garage. The open floor plan on the main level allows for great conversation across the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Enjoy an evening on the balcony or stay indoors and snuggle by the warm fire. The large living room has gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, vaulted ceilings and an outdoor deck framing the beautiful Yampa Valley! The kitchen is well equipped with lots of counter space, a "community cupboard" where the owners and renters share spices and condiments, as well as counter seating for 4 at the bar. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, flatscreen TV, attached bathroom with double vanity, jacuzzi, and walk-in shower. The loft work-area has a desk and printer.
