"An old roadside motel that's been updated a bit. The room was good and opened to the riverside, so that was a plus. There weren't really any amenities, like a hot tub or sauna, which would have been nice. Breakfast was "good" in that they had hardboiled eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee. That's about all I need. The downside was the staff. I should say the afternoon lady that checked me in was OK, but the morning staff must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. The front desk morning lady kept glaring at me for no reason, and when I asked for more coffee she acted like it was a personal affront. Then the breakfast lady kept stalking back and forth, acting like my presence was a major inconvenience. Then exactly at 9:30, I'm sipping coffee, she comes over and says, "I need to close this room up, now!" I'm like, what does it cost you to leave me sitting here in peace for a few more minutes? So in my opinion, those two morning ladies should be fired immediately. Take it as constructive criticism. Or not. Whatever lol."

"This is a spectacular place! Best rental I've had among the 50 or so around the world I've stayed in. SPOTLESS! PARKING! EASY, PROMPT COMMUNICATION! AND EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING!Location is perfect - peaceful river and mountain view. Steps/yards from restaurants. The main downtown is all within a 5-6 block walk. 2 blocks to the rodeo. 10 minute drive to skiing!Great space, both indoor and out. Bathrooms are very high end! Tons of towels, product, etc.Kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. Terrific high-end everything - glassware, dishes, cooking gear, appliances. And everything worked easily! (not always the case). Would ONLY want to stay here on Steamboat visits. Truly outstanding experience!"

"Excellent downtown location!!! Walk to restaurants, Rodeo, river, Main Street shops, Core Trail, Saturday street market, etc.View of the creek from the main living area.Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were VERY comfortable and I stayed there for a month!I didn’t use the fireplace because July was a very warm month. I greatly appreciated the A/C.There were lots of stairs so Im not sure that would work for small children. It was nice to have the bedrooms separated by two floors. Ideal for 2 couples or family with older kids.It was nice to have a garage but a car is not really needed in this location.I had a couple of questions for the management and they responded right away. I was super impressed with that. I had neighbors on each side of me and never really heard them.I was told there may be construction very near. I heard it a couple of times but it was infrequent and really never too bad. And I was there for an entire month. I would recommend this place. I was sad to leave."

"The location of the condo was perfect, with easy parking directly by the condo. The amenities were a lot of fun and we enjoyed the shuffleboard table, arcade machine, and Xbox. The kitchen was nicely appointed. On the negative side, the beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows need replacing."
