Hi Paul,I understand that your review score is based solely on the fact we were unable to provide you a full refund on your reservation you failed to show up for, rather than the quality of our rooms. As per the cancellation policy you agreed to when booking with us, we were entitled to your entire room rate for your reservation, however were able to waive half of that fee even though we were unable to sell your room on the night you failed to arrive. If you knew you were not planning to honour your reservation with us, a simple phone call to our reception to notify us would have sufficed, rather than not advising us at all and reserving a room we could have sold to another guest.

We had charged your credit card that morning as you had passed the 24hr free cancellation policy as stated in our terms and conditions when you book.
