The park is approximately 400 meters from the center of Stavenisse. The bungalow has a living / dining room with open kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a second toilet. The open living room has a sliding glass door to the terrace and is therefore very light and friendly. There are four comfortable armchairs, a dining table with six chairs, a TV with satellite connection and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher. Second fridge with freezer and washing machine are available. The bathroom is on the ground floor and is furnished with a walk-in / rain shower, vanity and toilet. A bedroom with two single beds is located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms, one with vanity (hot and cold water), a mirror and one with a dormer window, are upstairs and each have two single beds. All beds are box spring beds. The garden is completely fenced and has a covered terrace with remote control lighting, an outdoor sauna for six people and an outdoor shower with cold water. There are sufficient garden furniture, such as lounge furniture, dining table with four armchairs and two sun loungers and a barbecue. The park has a communal swimming pool open from 1 May to mid September, tennis court can be reserved free of charge, restaurant, parking, playground with swings and slide and a children's club with billiards and table tennis table, books and TV. A maximum of two pets are allowed. Canal Digital with all German, English, Belgian and Dutch channels and Wi-Fi are available for free. The park is car-free. However, there is a trolley / luggage trolley to bring your luggage to the house. Camping bed and high chair are available. An adjacent bungalow can be booked for large families or two families with house number 219 and property number 8984429\. This adjoining property is also suitable for the disabled and is connected by a garden door via adjoining gardens. The park is 400 m from the characteristic village of Stavenisse and on the Oosterschelde. The entire Oosterschelde has been the largest national park in the Netherlands for almost eleven years. Because of the unique and varied underwater world, the Oosterschelde is very popular with divers all over the world. Some popular places are Stavenisse and Wissenkerke. Via the 22 kilometer long Oesterdam, the longest dam of the Delta Works, you reach the peninsula Zuid-Beveland. Here is a fascinating natural area with orchards, fields and meadows. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr sehr klein, Häuschen sehr Gehörig nicht nur vom eigenen Häuschen sonder auch von die drei Anrainer, da ein Haus aufgeteilt ist in vier Häuschen. Ausflüge gemacht täglich. Sowie täglich über 2 Std. im Auto verbracht. Der Park wo dass Häuschen gelegen ist, ist schön mit Schwimbad, Tennis court. Das Häuschen hatte auch eine Sauna aber trotzdem… Restaurant ist nur von Mitwoch bis Sontag offen. Keine Brötchen oder brottbelag zu kaufen entweder alles von zuhause mitnehmen oder ins dorf zum Supermarkt fahren. Fazit 1 mal aber kein zweites mal! ##### Laurens D. Und nach sehr schneller Erklärung war auch der Hauptschalter der Sauna lokalisiert. Sicherlich gibt es nur südlich von Stavenisse einen Strand. Aber das ist im Herbst eh sekundär. In der Nähe gibt es viele Deiche und Felder für ausgiebige Spaziergänge mit und ohne Hund. Der Küche könnte man sicherlich mal scharfe Messer gönnen. Etwas nervig ist der Geruch im Bad bei starkem Wind. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass ein Geruchsverschluss nicht so richtig funktioniert hat. ##### Andreas E. Netter Vermieter, spricht gut Deutsch. Mit Hund auch kein Problem. Nur die Lage ist erstens total abgeschieden und zweitens gibt es gar keinen schönen Strand. Hunde erlaubt. Sehr gut umzäunt. Schöne Terrasse mit Sitzmöbel und Polster. Ein Bad mit Dusche und Sex und ein extra WC. Küche gut ausgestattet. Evt. nimmt man ein eigenes Kopfkissen mit. Diese hier sind sehr dick. Sonst alles prima. Sehr sauber alles. Stavenisse ist ein kleiner idyllischer Fischerort. Es gibt ein Supermarkt , ein Kaffee und ein Restaurant, welches im April nur Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag geöffnet hatte. Musste uns doch eher selbst versorgen. Es gibt ein Pizzadienst, der bis ans Haus liefert. Hatten wir auch einmal genutzt und war lecker. Zum Meer sind es ca 500m über den Deich. Doch kein Sandstrand. Trotz Abnahme am Ende durch den Verwalter des Ferienhausgeländes bekamen wir zwei Wochen später eine Beschwerde des Vermieters wegen angeblichem Schadens an der Spülmaschine und Dreck durch den Hunde (für den wir €45 Zuschlage bezahlt hatten). Das Haus sehr ordentlich ausgestattet mit einer Menge Platz drumherum. Hausmeister sehr nett, leckeres Lokal in der Anlage. Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter. ##### Anne B. Im Haus ist alles da was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht (außer einen Toaster )Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Restaurant und in der Nähe noch eine Möglichkeit um Essen zu gehen. Wer Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Nach langen Spaziergängen kann man sich entweder in das Restaurant in der Anlage gut gehen lassen oder man lässt es sich zum Haus liefern und isst im großen Garten. ##### Jessica K.
