There’s a fine dining restaurant on the ground floor of the building, another one just across the street, and you’re only a few meters away from a Michelin-starred restaurant. If you want a true city-center experience with great food and everything walkable, this is it. The apartment is a 2-bedroom home with a unique layout: one of the bedrooms is upstairs and open-plan (loft style), visually connected to the space below. Great for families, small groups, or business stays — just note it doesn’t offer full separation like a traditional closed bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and open-plan with the living room, making it easy to cook and hang out. The bathroom has a shower, plus a washing machine and dryer for a comfortable longer stay.
