Welcome to your Statesboro getaway! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is in an awesome location — just five minutes from GSU and the Convocation Center, and super close to downtown, Ogeechee Tech, tons of shopping, and Veterans Memorial Parkway. The property is also conveniently located to access to Hwy 16 & 80 and the Metaplant. No matter why you’re here, you’ll be right in the middle of everything.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is very conveniently located. It has a large, private backyard and ample parking. The layout is perfect for any group - rather you are a family looking for lots of play space or a group of friends looking to gather for a memorable stay. Both bathrooms have full size tubs and double vanities. Each bedroom has a 50” smart tv, blackout curtains, and overhead fans. The master suite features a king size bed and the other three bedrooms each have queen size beds.
