Their staff was polite and checking in and out was easy. I stayed over a month with my kids and never had any issues. Thank you to staff and management.
They did kept the place clean and neat at all times and make sure everyone have clean everything on their beds and towels and rags and in their room they are caring and nice people at Red roof
Staff was courteous. However, room was the minimal definition of a place to stay. Lobby had no coffee ready in the morning either day of stay. No tv signal nor internet access on the first night. Room was not worth the price paid. I would have paid $60-70 per night, not $110-120. Pay the extra $10 and stay some place nicer....

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities
Would not return or recommend. Roach bodies, cigarette holes in the sheets and shower curtain, stains on tub. TV and phone did not work. One chair for two occupants, poor lighting.
Staff was very nice and accommodating. Nice king size bed.
Let's start with positives: The beds were comfortable. The fridge was cold. AC and heat worked fine. Now the negatives. We had a handicap room...beds are so high I had to buy a step stool for my husband to get up. No grab bars in the bathroom. No amenities like soap or shampoo. No mirror. After the first day, someone forgot to replace the towels. Chairs are beat up. Building is in rough shape, pool is filled in. Husband's wheelchair barely fit through the bathroom doorway. I was doing an art show just up the road and price was most reasonable, but you get even less than what you pay for.
This should not even be listed as a hotel. It’s a residence for many people and their families. Very dirty and nasty. The service was good because we got an immediate refund.
The staff was very pleasant. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Red Roof Inn. To start, the door to the room looked as though someone threw something on it, should have been a red flag. Now the room, we took pictures but I'm unable to upload them here, the wall had stains, (was told it was paint) but it was dirt, the blankets was stained as welled. The bathtub was filthy, now to make matters worse, there was little guess, ROACHES, yes roaches.

2/10 Terrible

The room was clean. Very sketchy around the property, garbage all over. First time I have not felt safe. Coffee machine was broken. Will not stay here again, and probably will not stay at Red roofs again
The hotel had a over flowing dumpster in front of the rooms, box and bags on the side walk. The room was not clean, several inches of dirty water in the bath tub, flies and other insects in the room, dead flies and bugs on the floor. Needless to say we did not stay!
Not a good in any way, really disappointed, expect better from this chain.
Checked in to a dirty roolm with roaches , dirty bathroom, somones used soap was left in the bathroom, no towels or toilet paper. Informed the front desk clerk ane he sent the cleaning person. After he cleaned the room the clorox scent was so strong my eyes burned the rest of the night. The clerk said he would speak to his managerbut that never happend. I tool pictures and will be sharing with corporate and other online reviews.
This hotel is terrible. It should be completely renovated

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Room & linens were clean. Staff was friendly. Parking is exceptional as well as location. Price is great & the AC/heat worked great. the room that I booked for my husband and I, everything in bathroom was clean. Bathroom came with 2 wash cloths, 1 hand towel and 2 drying towels and 1 bar of soap. only issue that can be easily solved was the size of the drying towels, need adult size and better quality, not a major issue but it would be nice to make small adjustments. The second issue we had was the jacuzzi, the jets worked perfectly and had no issues with any of the faucet functions. However, the only major problem we had during our stay was the jacuzzi, it still had hairs on bottom and around sides from previous stays. unfortunately, I had to clean it before it was used.. housekeeper can do better. Also, we noticed a big black mold spot on ceiling in bathroom, that’s a health issue. Please inform housekeeper(s) to double check their work, in my opinion and previous cleaning experience it did not seem as if the jacuzzi was cleaned at all, black hair is very noticeable. please consider making a minor change on bathing supplies (towels) & get rid of the black mold, since the bathroom we saw it in, I’m sure others do as well.
Like staff, especially Michael. Air conditioning worked well. Location was good. Comfortable bed.
Not going to mention the cons but wouldn’t recommend.
