    Welcome to your Perfect Family Getaway!

    Our house features a family room with a game table to play checkers, chess, backgammon, pictionary, and scattergories. The living room is another great entertaining space with a 70-inch smart TV and gaming options. You'll Have Ample Dining Options inside and out with more than enough seating for the whole family. All Bedrooms have decorated interiors and dressers with ample storage space. Rooms feature zoned heating, giving guests the ability to control the heat in each room. We have a great outdoor entertaining area with a grill, fire bowl, and yard games. Let us know if you have a little one staying. We have a Pack n Play and a high chair available. We love hosting and hope to make your stay at State College one to remember!

Great Stay and Host

Michael was an excellent host and the house offered more than advertised! The location is excellent in a quiet and secluded area, yet still very accessible to many State College landmarks, including access to downtown. Michael was an excellent communicator before and during our stay.
