The room was basic and met our needs for 2 nights. It was clean, had a walk in shower. Had MSNBC on TV. A rarity on southern hotel tv.

To say this was a difficult and disappointing stay would be an understatement. This was the worst stay we’ve had at any hotel/motel. We booked in advance and paid for a non-smoking, king bed room. We got a room smelling of smoke with two double beds in bad shape. The sheets were clean, but that was where the positive experience ended. Underneath the sheets were dirty, stained beds that should be disposed of. There were also unidentifiable bugs crawling on the floor the second we opened the door. There were earwigs in the bathroom. There were gouges in the bathroom door where it looked like someone had tried to break into it at one point. The bath towels had black stains on them. The shower curtain had dirty red/brown stains on them, as did the walls. The noise levels were also horrible. We could hear people talking/yelling and playing music both from outside and in the room next to ours. All of these factors led to a horrible stay, and we would never recommend this place to anyone. We encourage management to make major changes.

Sulfur water was horrible to brush teeth with, and although the hotel was old, it was clean with really basic amenities. No high thread count sheets but came with a fridge and microwave. We were just too tired to continue driving so just wanted a place to sleep. It was quiet and the beds comfortable. No real complaints.

Parking was bit congested although there were sufficient spaces they were a tight and somewhat away from the room. Overall a good value for the price and check in and out was simple. Near gas and food.

I never got to go. My rental car had a large amount of unexpected fees not informed to me. I still got charged for the room even though I had no clue that the rental car wasn't going to work out. How was I supposed to know 48 hrs ahead. I'm totally unsatisfied with the policy. Corporate is making billions off of people that have unfortunate things happen. I will never book another room again with them.

The gentleman at the desk was super nice and helpful! That was the only thing I liked about the motel. I requested a smoke free room. The room reeked of smoke. The bedding appeared fresh but I found 3 long hairs when I laid down. GROSS!! The towels were dingy. The floors and bathroom were very clean! There appear to be long term residents and they definitely make too much noise and have their bikes everywhere. I was extremely put off by that. I was quite exhausted so I turned the tv up loud and slept thought the night and hit the road early. Only a few smokers outside when I left & 8:45am.

We could not access our room with the room key so we would have to walk to the front of the complex to get someone to let us in every time we left the room. And there were 3 lamps in the room but only one had lightbulbs so it was extremely dark. We complained once we got in the room and we’re told if we didn’t like it we could leave, so we did. They were not at all accommodating and extremely rude. It wasn’t our fault they didn’t have lightbulbs or batteries for their door lock yet they made it our issue. We were still charged a cancelation fee but we did not feel safe to stay there.

Not as the pictures show. The place is infested with drug dealers and drug users. I took my children there with me and within 3 mins of being there he walks up to me and says what’s this? With a drug smoking pipe in his hand. I went to my truck real quick which was right in front of my door and so I left my children in there after checking the place for anymore drug paraphernalia.. well, sure enough my key card stopped working so I had to to walk about 300 yards where I had to wait for 10 mins for them to come up and give me a card. Only thing the owner had to say about my 4 year old finding the drug paraphernalia was “uhhh, can you go throw that away in that dumpster over there (100 ft away outside) I’ll talk to my cleaners about it”. That place is a joke

Very nasty motel
The room was very nasty hair all on the sheets look like blood stains or some kind of stains I could not explain on the bed roaches the toilet had old urine caked to it the toilet seat did not fit the toilet the air conditioner was roaring loudly did not get the room that I paid for ended up with a different room that motel really need someone who knows how to clean because I don't think it was ever clean just Kate on the blow dryer I was afraid to even touch it to use it I went and talked to the manager about the loud noise of the air conditioner and he told me that there was nothing he could do about it that I had to deal with it because that's Florida I'm very upset about it I have to drive 8 hours home with hardly no sleep

Loved parking in front of our unit. Older motel, but renovated nicely. Enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave, did not use the tv. Man at the front forgot to activate our room card, so had to go back to get that taken care of. Card worked at 6:30 am as we were starting to pack, but by 7 it no longer worked, so we had to leave the door open all th time.

Roach motel…. And door didn’t work so had to ask the girl at office she got all in a tiff like we didn’t know how to use the key. Finally after 4 tips to the office she unlocked it with the master key for us.

Hotel staff was alright but they went about things wrong trying to convince us to stay. the room smelt like weed because of the people in the next room, who had kids in there 5-6 people and like 3-4 cars parked outside (which added to the 0 parking) they were being noisy at 1 am. we ended up leaving that night because of the people. we got our full refund back. the hotel man went to there room gave them a noise complaint as we were leaving and then came to our door trying to convince us to stay which felt like it could’ve created an unsafe situation. it should’ve been handled after we had already been gone
